Don MacNeil, a technology industry veteran, draws from more than two decades of sales and marketing success with software and technology services companies to effectively manage Strategic SaaS’ corporate and business development initiatives.
Most recently, Don has managed the sales and partner development programs for professional services companies, including Applied Information Sciences and Entelligence IT, specializing in collaborative applications, security and infrastructure implementations. In 1999, he founded Turnstone Technologies, a data warehouse software and services consultancy, which later merged with Smith Hanley Consulting.
Don’s early career included work for Deloitte & Touche Consulting, where he worked for eight years in the firm’s IT consulting and ERP Practice as Senior Manager of its southern region.
Don holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Director of Operations
Bonnie Baum, a technology and operations enthusiast, joined Strategic SaaS in 2017 to pursue a career in Information Technology. Bonnie manages the operations of the company ensuring that our customers receive fantastic support and rapid results. She is committed to building long term relationships with our clients as they expand their use of cloud based technologies.
Bonnie spent four years at Lake Travis Independent School District as a Next Generation Teacher and Google Certified Educator. While working at Lake Pointe Elementary, Bonnie was a member of the Campus Leadership Team. She focused on the objectives of the school including curriculum, planning, and school organizations.
Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Elementary Education from Texas State University.
Director of Collaboration Services
Patrick Hardy, a senior consultant within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) industry for over 10 years, draws on his extensive professional experience in leading and delivering Strategic SaaS’ SharePoint Online content migrations and Intranet implementation service offerings.
Most recently, Patrick has been responsible for account and project management, sales initiatives, and Scrum Master responsibilities on projects. Throughout this work, he continues to draw on his technical and hands-on project work related to strategy visioning, gamification workshop techniques, change management, information architecture, governance, and training related to all things SharePoint.
Patrick’s early career included work for Hitachi Consulting, where he worked for five years in the firm’s ECM Practice as a Senior Consultant serving in several different project roles such as business analyst, UX designer, usability consultant, developer, and tester.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University.

Christopher Harold King has a decade of experience in Information Technology Services. As one of our primary consultants, Chris relies upon his core principals of objective evaluation and clear communication to help all Strategic SaaS clients smoothly navigate toward creative solutions and successful projects every step of the way.
Chris’ IT experience is both broad and deep: from web frontend/backend development & hosting, to networking & administration, and now to consulting & Microsoft Azure & Office 365 cloud specialist.
Prior to focusing his efforts in tech, Chris filled both project management and leadership roles in the music industry as a frontman, teacher, label owner and record producer, and has an extensive background in customer service. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory from the University of Texas at Austin and an Associates Degree in Music Business, Performance, & Technology from Austin Community College.
Senior Technical Engineer
A Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert with extensive experience transitioning midsize and large businesses from on-premises Exchange to Office 365, and from third-party hosted providers into Office 365. Justin has worked with local governments, and corporations in fields as far flung as Healthcare and Oil & Gas.
Specializing in complex projects with multiple stakeholders, Justin delivers merger and acquisitions projects, including an Office 365 to Office 365 integration deliverable.
