Don MacNeil, a technology industry veteran, draws from more than two decades of sales and marketing success with software and technology services companies to effectively manage Strategic SaaS’ corporate and business development initiatives.
Most recently, Don has managed the sales and partner development programs for professional services companies, including Applied Information Sciences and Entelligence IT, specializing in collaborative applications, security and infrastructure implementations. In 1999, he founded Turnstone Technologies, a data warehouse software and services consultancy, which later merged with Smith Hanley Consulting.
Don’s early career included work for Deloitte & Touche Consulting, where he worked for eight years in the firm’s IT consulting and ERP Practice as Senior Manager of its southern region.
Don holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Director of Operations
Bonnie Baum, a technology and operations enthusiast, joined Strategic SaaS in 2017 to pursue a career in Information Technology. Bonnie manages the operations of the company ensuring that our customers receive fantastic support and rapid results. She is committed to building long term relationships with our clients as they expand their use of cloud based technologies.
Bonnie spent four years at Lake Travis Independent School District as a Next Generation Teacher and Google Certified Educator. While working at Lake Pointe Elementary, Bonnie was a member of the Campus Leadership Team. She focused on the objectives of the school including curriculum, planning, and school organizations.
Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Elementary Education from Texas State University.
Senior SharePoint Consultant
Lacy Omsberg, Senior SharePoint Consultant, has over fifteen years of experience working with SharePoint. Lacy is a SharePoint evangelist and passionate about learning and teaching SharePoint. Lacy has migrated over 3,000 site collections to date. Lacy designs and deploys intranets for our clients which deliver productivity and collaboration solutions. She is developing the Strategic SaaS Law Center designed for law firms.
Most recently, Lacy worked as a Senior ECM Project Manager and Business Analyst for Conoco Philips for two years. Lacy began her career at GE Oil and Gas, where she spent eleven years as a SharePoint COE Leader and Web Applications Manager. Following her career at GE Oil and Gas, Lacy worked for EnerVest, Ltd. as the Legal Systems Administrator. Lacy implemented SharePoint as an enterprise wide records retention in phase one focusing on legal records management.
Lacy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing/Marketing Management from Southwest Texas State University.
Senior Technical Engineer
Christopher Harold King has a decade of experience in Information Technology Services. As one of our primary consultants, Chris relies upon his core principals of objective evaluation and clear communication to help all Strategic SaaS clients smoothly navigate toward creative solutions and successful projects every step of the way.
Chris’ IT experience is both broad and deep: from web frontend/backend development & hosting, to networking & administration, and now to consulting & Microsoft Azure & Office 365 cloud specialist.
Prior to focusing his efforts in tech, Chris filled both project management and leadership roles in the music industry as a frontman, teacher, label owner and record producer, and has an extensive background in customer service. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory from the University of Texas at Austin and an Associates Degree in Music Business, Performance, & Technology from Austin Community College.
