Don MacNeil

Don-MacNeil

Don MacNeil, a technology industry veteran, draws from more than two decades of sales and marketing success with software and technology services companies to effectively manage Strategic SaaS’ corporate and business development initiatives.

Most recently, Don has managed the sales and partner development programs for professional services companies, including Applied Information Sciences and Entelligence IT, specializing in collaborative applications, security and infrastructure implementations.  In 1999, he founded Turnstone Technologies, a data warehouse software and services consultancy, which later merged with Smith Hanley Consulting.

Don’s early career included work for Deloitte & Touche Consulting, where he worked for eight years and led the firm’s IT consulting and ERP as Senior Manager of its southern region.

Don holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Frank Johnson-Suglia

Co-founder and Managing Partner

Frank Johnson-Suglia directs Strategic SaaS’ business partnerships/alliances and customer experience initiatives, leveraging two decades of technical, sales and service delivery management with organizations ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 leaders.

Prior to founding Strategic SaaS, Frank led a global sales engineering team for Accenture, where he helped build the consulting firm’s new Digital Marketing Sciences organization.

For five years, he served as a Practice Executive at Dell Professional Services’ delivery organization, where he managed delivery of enterprise-level IT solutions for Small/Medium Business and Corporate accounts to capture $20+ million in annual revenue and increase customer satisfaction from 50% to 90%.

Early in his career, Frank honed his IT expertise as a systems engineer and information architect for mid-size organizations.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology.

Hannah Hutyra

Marketing Manager

Hannah

As Strategic SaaS’ Marketing Manager, Hannah Hutyra works on the idea generation and implementation of diverse marketing activities such as developing and managing quarterly marketing programs and content calendar, initiates co-marketing leverage with brand partners, and serves as primary manager of Strategic SaaS lead generation programs.

Hannah holds a BBA in Marketing, minor in Management of Information Systems (MIS) from The University of Texas at Austin.
