Don MacNeil, a technology industry veteran, draws from more than two decades of sales and marketing success with software and technology services companies to effectively manage Strategic SaaS’ corporate and business development initiatives.
Most recently, Don has managed the sales and partner development programs for professional services companies, including Applied Information Sciences and Entelligence IT, specializing in collaborative applications, security and infrastructure implementations. In 1999, he founded Turnstone Technologies, a data warehouse software and services consultancy, which later merged with Smith Hanley Consulting.
Don’s early career included work for Deloitte & Touche Consulting, where he worked for eight years in the firm’s IT consulting and ERP Practice as Senior Manager of its southern region.
Don holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Melonie Poole develops and directs Strategic SaaS’ business partnerships/alliances and customer experience initiatives, leveraging 15 years of technical, sales and service delivery management with organizations ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 leaders.
Prior to joining Strategic SaaS, Melonie built and managed the customer support and success business for Catapult Systems, where she developed the programs and processes that delivered responsive, comprehensive support for the Microsoft technology stack to more than 200 different organizations.
Melonie began her career in customer service and combines her passion for the customer with a wealth of process, business, and technology capabilities. She has experience with a broad range of technologies, and has served as a SharePoint Consultant and Architect for more than a decade, helping organizations leverage SharePoint for productivity, employee engagement, and document management.
Melonie holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
