Don MacNeil, Managing Partner

Don MacNeil is a founder and Managing Partner of Strategic SaaS.   As Managing Partner, Don leads the overall direction of the company, concentrating on partnerships, marketing and sales efforts of the company.  Don defined the vision behind the strategy to build a sales channel for SaaS software vendors which addresses the unique sales and delivery challenges of selling Cloud centric solutions.

An energetic leader, Don is committed to the growth and success of our customers, employees and partners. Through Don’s leadership, Strategic SaaS is defining an innovative sales and delivery approach to technology. This approach is dramatically lowering the cost of selling and implementing software. Reducing sales and delivery cost is a change which is long overdue in an industry known for innovation and change.

Don draws on a reservoir of 21 years experience in leading high-tech software and services companies to reach their potential. He has developed the successful sales and partnership strategies for technology leaders addressing both services and software distribution. Don specializes in the development of productive sales processes and channels for companies providing complex technology solutions.

Beginning his technology career in marketing for Prodigy Online Services, he then joined to Deloitte Consulting where he became the Senior Manager leading sales for Information Technology Consulting and ERP for the southern region.   In 1999, founded Turnstone Technologies, a data warehouse software and services consultancy which later merged into Smith Hanley.   Recently, Don has led the sales teams and partner development for professional services companies specializing in collaborative applications, security and infrastructure implementations.

Don holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Frank Johnson-Suglia, Managing Partner

Frank Johnson-Suglia is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Strategic SaaS, LLC. Frank manages STRATEGIC’s Delivery and Support practices, is responsible for customer satisfaction and establishes key business relationships with STRATEGIC’s Delivery partners.

Prior to starting STRATEGIC, Frank led a global sales engineering team for Accenture where he helped build the newly founded Digital Marketing Sciences organization. He also led Dell Professional Services’ delivery organization delivering enterprise level IT solutions for Small/Medium Business and Corporate accounts.

During his time at Dell Professional Services he built the Small/Medium Business Account Practice focused on the mid-tier customer base capturing upwards of $20 million in revenue per year and increased customer satisfaction from 50% to 90%.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology.

Becky Thomas, Advisory CMO

Becky is an energetic, entrepreneurial sales and marketing leader with more than 25 years of management experience combining leadership, excellence and technical acumen.  She is a co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer responsible for marketing and partner relationships for Strategic SaaS.

Ms. Thomas brings an keen knowledge of technology and the value businesses can derive from creating solutions to meet their needs.  Her professional assets include an unwavering passion for helping customers solve business problems through the selection and implementation of technology solutions to drive their core business.

She has achieved proven results in dramatic revenue generation for such companies as Compucom Systems, Conchango, Meridio, BizDev Strategy and now for Strategic SaaS. Ms. Thomas was honored as one of the 2007 Top Women in Technology and the 2001 Federation of Houston Professional Women's "Woman of Excellence".

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix, is a nationally recognized speaker and shares her experience through mentoring college and MBA students in their career journey.
